Build Confidence and Discipline This Summer
Welcome to the Central Martial Arts Summer Camp. Our program offers a structured and supportive environment where children can develop physical fitness, focus, and self-confidence. We combine fundamental martial arts training with engaging activities to help students build character, stay active, and develop lasting life skills.

Summer Camp Schedule


Develop Speed and Awareness Campers will focus on agility and coordination through ninja-inspired movement. This week emphasizes stealth, balance, and quick reflexes. Students will practice silent footwork and precision through fun, skill-based drills that build body awareness and focus in a high-energy environment.


Focus and Hand-Eye Coordination This week introduces students to the discipline of martial arts weaponry. Using safe training equipment, campers will explore the fundamentals of the bo staff and nunchaku. The curriculum focuses on proper handling, safety, and rhythmic patterns to improve concentration and motor skills.


The Art of Body Control Inspired by cinematic martial arts, this week teaches students the basics of controlled falls, rolls, and safe choreographed movement. Our instructors prioritize safety while teaching campers how to move with the fluid athleticism seen on screen, fostering confidence and physical control.


Building Confidence and Goal Setting Board breaking is a powerful tool for teaching mental focus and the "yes I can" attitude. Campers will learn the proper mechanics of strikes and kicks to safely break through wooden boards. This week is designed to show students that with the right technique and mindset, they can overcome any obstacle.


Developing Strength and Technique This week is a deep dive into the core mechanics of martial arts. Campers will work on the foundational power behind their punches and kicks while improving their flexibility and core strength. It’s an excellent week for both beginners and experienced students to refine their basics.


Tradition and Discipline Campers will explore the traditional side of martial arts, learning the specific techniques and etiquette of Karate and Taekwondo. The focus is on precision, respect, and self-defense. Students will work on powerful kicking drills and structured forms to build physical and mental resilience.


Fitness, Teamwork, and Agility This week blends martial arts skills with team-based challenges and fitness games. Campers will participate in relay races, obstacle courses, and agility drills designed to improve their athletic performance while fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship.


Power and Perseverance Returning by popular demand, our second board-breaking week offers another opportunity for students to test their skills. Campers will focus on striking techniques and the mental discipline required to achieve their goals, ending the summer on a high note of personal achievement.

Week Five (July 13–17): Martial Arts Fundamentals
Week Six (July 20–24): Karate & Taekwondo
Week Seven (July 27–31): Martial Arts Games
Week Eight (Aug 3–7): Board Breaking (Session II)

Camp Hours & Activities 

  • Full Day Camp: Mon-Fri: 9:00am-2:00pm *Drop off anytime between the hours.

  • Breakfast/Lunch - We do not provide any breakfast or lunch. All campers are required to provide their own breakfast, lunch, and additional snacks. The camp will provide water bottles and kosher snacks (AM snack and PM snack.)
