Welcome to Central Martial Arts' Little Ninjas program, designed especially for energetic 3 and 4-year-olds who are ready to embark on an exciting journey of physical activity, discipline, and fun! Our program blends the fundamentals of martial arts with elements of tumbling and interactive play, creating a dynamic and engaging experience for your little one.

In our Little Ninjas classes, children will learn basic martial arts techniques tailored to their age and skill level. Through playful exercises and games, they'll develop balance, coordination, and strength while also fostering important values such as respect, focus, and teamwork. Our certified instructors are experienced in working with young children and provide a nurturing environment where every child feels encouraged and supported.

At Central Martial Arts, our MMA program is designed to cater to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced fighters. Whether you're looking to compete professionally, improve your self-defense skills, or simply get in shape, our MMA classes offer something for everyone.

Training Focus

Striking - Develop proficiency in striking techniques such as punches, kicks, elbows, and knees through drills, pad work, and sparring sessions. Our experienced coaches will help you refine your technique, footwork, and timing to become a more effective striker.

Grappling - Master the art of grappling, including takedowns, clinch work, and ground fighting. Learn how to control your opponent, escape from unfavorable positions, and apply submissions such as chokes and joint locks with precision and efficiency. 

Conditioning - Enhance your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility through specialized conditioning drills and exercises tailored specifically for MMA athletes. Build the physical resilience and mental toughness needed to excel in the cage.

Strategy and Tactics - Gain a deeper understanding of fight strategy and tactics, including distance management, timing, and fight IQ. Learn how to adapt your game plan based on your opponent's strengths and weaknesses to gain a competitive edge in the ring or cage.
