An Exclusive Event for Forms & Sparring Excellence

Welcome to the 1st Spring Invitational! We are bringing together the best of Karate, Taekwondo, and Kickboxing in a focused, high-energy environment. This is an invitational-only event designed for members of Central Martial Arts and select guest students to showcase their growth, discipline, and spirit.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled division time to check in and warm up.

🏆 Competition Rules

Forms (Patterns)

Competitors will perform a pattern or kata that corresponds specifically to their current belt rank. Scoring will be based on:

*Technical Accuracy

*Power and Focus

*Balance and Rhythm

Sparring (Point Sparring)

We prioritize safety and technique. All matches are conducted with controlled contact. Points are awarded as follows:

*1 Point: Valid hand techniques to the body or head.

*1 Point: Valid kicks to the mid-section.

*2 Points: Valid kicks to the head.

Safety First: This is a "control" tournament. Excessive contact or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in a warning or disqualification. Required gear includes headgear, gloves, boots, mouthguard, and groin protection (for males).

📝 How to Register

This event is strictly limited to Central Martial Arts members and invited guest schools.

Confirm Eligibility: Ensure your instructor has cleared you for competition.

Payment: $50 registration fee can be paid at the front desk or via our member portal.

Deadline: All registrations must be completed by April 25, 2026.
